This is a progression from the 15 and 30 Day programmes, that moves beyond simply understanding your body and how you can improve your movement, to applied conditioning workouts and learning rest days. We cover goal setting, progressions and regressions, and daily work outs, all in a way that ensures that you are not too sore day after. So whether you just want to be fitter to be more active with your family, don't want to be out of breath walking up hills, or want to improve the coordination for your sport, then this is for you!
