A introductory programme to see how remedial movement coaching can help you, and a little more about movement and activities that you can do at home. Move better, feel better in 15 days! As with all exercise programmes, if it hurts, stop and speak to us or your usual therapist/GP. Discomfort in stretches is expected, but it should fell good and not be above 2/10 on the pain scale.
