This is a progression from the 15 and 30 Day programmes, that moves beyond simply understanding your body and how you can improve your movement, to applied conditioning workouts and learning rest days. We cover goal setting, progressions and regressions, all in a way that ensures that you are not too sore to ride the day after. So whether you just want to be fitter to be more helpful to your horse, don't want to be out of breath doing that cross country course, or want to improve the coordination of your aids during a dressage test then this is for you!
